DanceDiscover was built on a simple belief: the same discipline, technique, and repetition that make someone a great dancer can also make them a great business owner. Founded by Oreste Alitto, DanceDiscover works with independent ballroom dance professionals, teachers, and studio owners who want to grow their income, their teams, and their businesses without losing what made them fall in love with dance in the first place.

Who We Work With

We work with two groups inside the ballroom dance industry: independent dance professionals who are ready to turn their skill into a real business, and established ballroom studio owners who have already built a team but want that team performing at a higher level so the studio depends a little less on them.

Our Flagship Program

The Dancepreneur Method is our 10-week team performance and implementation program built specifically for ballroom studio owners. It trains the teachers a studio has already hired to build stronger student relationships, communicate with more confidence, and contribute more to the studio's overall performance — while giving the owner tools to track progress and repeat what works.
