DanceDiscover offers two kinds of coaching and consulting, both built specifically for the ballroom dance industry rather than adapted from generic business advice.

Individual Coaching for Dance Professionals

For independent ballroom teachers and dance entrepreneurs, we work on branding, positioning, communication, and sales confidence — the parts of the business that talent alone doesn't teach. This work has helped independent dancers attract more aligned students, build additional income streams beyond hourly teaching, and approach their careers with a clearer business mindset.

The Dancepreneur Method — Studio Team Performance Program

Our flagship offer is built for established independent ballroom studio owners who already have a teaching team in place. Over 10 weeks, we work directly with the studio's teachers to strengthen student relationships, improve communication, and help the team sell lessons, events, and related products and services in a natural, non-pushy way. Along the way, the studio also builds internal standard operating procedures so what works can be repeated with future teachers.

What's Included

• 10 weekly live team training sessions (approximately 90 minutes each)
• Recordings of every session for ongoing reference
• Session summaries and supporting materials for the team to continue studying
• SOP templates to document the studio's own internal teacher standards
• Support between sessions for questions and implementation
• Two private one-on-one sessions with the studio owner during the program
• Performance tracking tools for the teaching team
• Training for a studio manager or lead teacher to continue the process after the program ends
